As part of a major property development, we restored the former square farm. We closed the fourth wall with a U-shaped construction. Around the resulting inner courtyard, we arranged various studios. The backside of the U-construction was fitted out as a wellness centre. Its visitors may enjoy the view and privacy of the green surrounding areas. On the spacious lot, two connected houses were also built and positioned as to safeguard the privacy of the residents of the two other entities.
