Design and Construction of 3 flats.

These flats have been designed on a plot for semi-open building. Moreover, there were lots of restrictions to be considered, such as the location along a regional road and along the Albert Canal. One asset for the design was that the building plot forms the end point of a strip of ribbon development.

The three flats each occupy one complete floor level. Each flat has its own architectural identity within the whole structure thanks to surfaces in red brick, narrow windows on each floor, and walled-in terraces as a patchwork. The corner of the terrace on the first floor is open (without a binding constructive element) so that the occupants can enjoy the frontal and lateral views of the water to the full.
